On August 27, 2025, Songgang People's Hospital held the e7S Management Phased Summary and Commendation Conference. The event comprehensively reviewed achievements in e7S implementation, commended outstanding collectives and individuals, and united staff for further progress, marking a new phase of the hospital’s lean management.
On the morning of the same day, the Community Health Service Center under the sub-district committee and Jiyuan Community Health Service Center affiliated to our hospital successfully passed the e7S acceptance inspection, scoring new achievements for the hospital-wide e7S management and creating a positive atmosphere for the subsequent summary and commendation conference.
In the afternoon, the e7S Management Phased Summary and Commendation Conference was held in the meeting room on the 10th floor of Building 1. The hospital’s leadership team and heads of all departments attended the meeting, which was presided over by Wu Haibin, Vice President of the hospital.
At the meeting, Xia Mulan, e7S management consultant, systematically summarized all achievements made since the rollout of e7S management across the hospital. She pointed out that with joint efforts of all staff, remarkable progress had been achieved in environmental renovation, process optimization and safety assurance. Both patients’ medical experience and medical staff’s work efficiency had been effectively improved, fully demonstrating the practical value of the e7S management model and the importance of teamwork.
During the award ceremony, the conference honored outstanding collectives and individuals with exceptional performance in e7S implementation. Award-winning departments and staff embodied fine spirits of continuous improvement, standardized meticulous operation, full-staff coordination and pursuit of excellence, setting benchmarks for all hospital employees to learn from.
