1. Truthfully inform the attending physician of the exact time, location, cause and injury condition of the accident.

2. Inpatients shall truthfully fill out the Commitment Letter Confirming No Third-party Liability (hereinafter referred to as the Commitment Letter) before completing medical insurance registration procedures. The Commitment Letter with the injured party’s fingerprint shall be filed in the medical record for inspection.

3. Relevant requirements

(1) The injured party shall truthfully describe the accident process. Provision of false documents is prohibited, otherwise the superior authority will impose penalties for medical insurance fraud.
