1. Follow the WeChat official account "Shenzhen Medical Insurance", click menu items Online Medical Insurance Services and Mobile Services.

2. Log in with the parent’s identity credentials.

3. Click Children’s Insurance Enrollment Management.

4. Select Newborn Enrollment via Birth Medical Certificate.

5. Tap Apply Now to start registration.

6. Fill in newborn enrollment information: input the Birth Certificate No. (bottom right corner), name, mother’s full name and mother’s ID number, then click the Query button. All items marked with asterisks are mandatory; complete the form as prompted by the system.

7. Enter guardian information including ID number, full name and mobile phone number, then click Next and follow subsequent prompts.

8. Upload supporting documents. Items marked with asterisks are mandatory. Tap the "+" icon to upload images or files, then click Next after uploading.

9. Verify all entered information. Click Next after confirming correctness, and the system will display a successful operation notification.

10. Complete enrollment registration or check the child’s insurance status as prompted. The whole process supports instant approval upon submission.
