The Department of Oncology of The First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University is a Key Medical Specialty of Guangdong Province. It was certified as one of the first batch of Provincial Demonstration Units for Cancer Pain Management in Guangdong in 2013, and awarded the National Key Clinical Specialty Construction Program in 2014.

Professor Ye has over 30 years of experience in medical oncology and is a senior clinical oncologist. Specializes in diagnosis and comprehensive treatment of rare tumors and malignant tumors including lung cancer, esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, liver cancer, cholangiocarcinoma, pancreatic cancer, breast cancer, bladder cancer and renal cell carcinoma, with particular expertise in immunotherapy, molecular targeted therapy and chemotherapy for malignancies.
