Served in clinical practice at Peking Union Medical College Plastic Surgery Hospital (Badachu) from 1986 for 13 years, working as a specialist and master’s supervisor for four years and Deputy Department Director for three years. Transferred to Peking University Shenzhen Hospital as discipline leader in 1999 to establish the Department of Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery and took the post of Department Director. Promoted to Chief Physician as early as 2000. Has been engaged in aesthetic and plastic surgery for 40 years with tens of thousands of operations performed. |
