After graduation, worked for 14 years in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Xianning Central Hospital Affiliated to Hubei University of Science and Technology (Grade A Tertiary Hospital). Received one year of advanced training at the Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Union Hospital Affiliated to Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology.

With over 30 years of clinical practice in otorhinolaryngology, he has accumulated extensive experience in the diagnosis and treatment of common, frequently-occurring, critical and intractable ENT diseases. He specializes in the diagnosis, treatment and surgical management of nasal and sinus disorders, pharyngeal diseases and otitis media.
