The Fifth Avenue Community Healthcare Center is affiliated to Shenzhen Bao'an People's Hospital, a non-profit medical prevention and healthcare institution. It is located on the first floor of Building 1, Gaofa Xi'an Garden, Chuangye Road, Xin'an Street, Bao'an District, Shenzhen.
