Haile Community Healthcare Center was established in July 2007 and is located on the first floor of Block D, Qinghua Garden, Leping Road, Area 42, Xin'an Street, Bao'an District, Shenzhen. The community service area borders National Highway 107 to the east, Turning Avenue to the west, Xinzhen River to the south, and Entrepreneurship Overpass to the north. The area under jurisdiction is about 0.56 square kilometers. The scope of service covers three residential communities belonging to the Haile Residents' Committee, namely districts 39, 41, and 43, and includes nine garden residential areas, four large-scale business districts, and two schools. The total population of the community is 38,275, including 6,450 registered residents and 31,825 migrants. The center covers an area of 624 square meters and has 24 medical and health service personnel, including 1 deputy chief physician, 9 attending physicians, 6 nurse-in-charges, 1 pharmacist, 1 billing clerk, 1 B-ultrasound technician, 1 laboratory technician, and 1 public health specialist.
Services provided by Haile Community Health Service Center include general practice, internal medicine, surgery, gynecology, child health care, traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation, and physiotherapy. Facilities include a general practice clinic, a laboratory room, a physiotherapy room, a dressing room, a treatment room, a psychological counseling room, a children's health care room, a women's health care room, B-ultrasound and electrocardiogram rooms, etc. The center is responsible for fulfilling the six major functions required by the Shenzhen Municipal Government and the Health Commission, covering community diagnosis, residents' health records, community health education and health promotion, prevention and control of infectious diseases, community women's health care, community children's health care, integrated prevention and control of chronic diseases, geriatric health care, community rehabilitation, community mental health, general practice, and community nursing. In 2013, it was named a demonstration community health service center in Shenzhen.
