To celebrate the 40th anniversary of Shenzhen Bao'an Women’s and Children’s Hospital and the opening of its Children’s Hospital Campus, the hospital launches a public market research to collect qualified plans and suggestions from all social entities for formulating scientific and reasonable procurement documents. I. Research Scope

Full-process planning and implementation scheme for the hospital’s 40th anniversary celebration and Children’s Hospital opening activities. See Attachment 1 for full details.

2. Quotation Rule: All-inclusive lump sum pricing covering labor costs, equipment installation and commissioning, media promotion, insurance premiums, taxes and all other relevant expenses without limitation.

II. Required Submission Materials

1. Company profile and relevant qualification certificates (copies affixed with official seal);

2. Three bid award notices or service contracts for hospital activity planning and implementation projects completed in the past two years;

3. Quotation sheet;

4. Other suggestions or explanatory materials conducive to project delivery.
