In accordance with relevant national, provincial and municipal documents and the principles of openness, fairness and impartiality, Shenzhen Bao'an District Maternal and Child Health Hospital intends to publicly invite qualified suppliers to bid for the below project.

II. Eligibility Requirements for Bidding Suppliers
Shall be an independent legal person or other organization capable of independently bearing civil liabilities (provide scanned copy of business license or institutional legal person certificate for inspection; original copy shall be presented upon request).
Shall satisfy the provisions of Paragraph 1 of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People’s Republic of China (to be declared in the Government Procurement Bidding and Performance Commitment Letter).
No major illegal records in business operations within three years prior to bidding for this project (to be declared in the Government Procurement Bidding and Performance Commitment Letter).
Not subject to any government procurement ban within valid period when participating in this government procurement activity (to be declared in the Government Procurement Bidding and Performance Commitment Letter).
Not listed in the Record of Dishonest Persons Subject to Enforcement, List of Parties Involved in Major Tax-Related Illegal Cases or Record of Severe Illegal Acts in Government Procurement (to be declared in the Government Procurement Bidding and Performance Commitment Letter).
Different suppliers with the same legal representative (person-in-charge) or direct holding/management relations shall not bid simultaneously for this project (to be declared and sealed with official company stamp in the Government Procurement Bidding and Performance Commitment Letter).
Consortium bidding is not accepted; subcontracting and assignment of this project are prohibited (to be declared and sealed with official company stamp in the Government Procurement Bidding and Performance Commitment Letter).
III. Registration Time & Location
Registration shall be completed before 17:00 on July 6, 2026 (during working hours). Submit registration documents to Ms. Wang, Tender Office, Room 206, Block C, Huameiju Zone A for preliminary review. Upon passing on-site review, submit electronic registration materials (PDF + Word versions) via self-provided USB flash drive to the Purchaser.
IV. Registration Materials
Prepare all photocopies strictly in accordance with the document Shenzhen Bao’an District Maternal and Child Health Hospital – Registration Document.docx (downloadable link). All copies must be affixed with the company’s official seal, signed by the handler and dated. Tender documents will be issued after verification (please bring your own USB flash drive for copying).

VI. Bidding Requirements
Both hard-copy bid documents and electronic scanned versions shall be submitted at bid opening. The Purchaser reserves all bid documents after bid opening without returning them to suppliers.
Hard-copy bid documents: Compiled based on the hospital’s Bid Document Template, double-sided printed and perfect bound. Six sets in total (1 Original + 5 Copies), clearly marked “Original” and “Copy”. Copies may be scanned reproductions of the Original; in case of inconsistency between copies and the Original, the Original shall prevail.
Electronic scanned PDF of the Original bid document: Submitted via USB flash drive at bid opening with the naming rule:“BAFY-GH-2605: Service for Staff Children Summer Holiday Care Program 2026 – [Bidder’s Company Name]”Suppliers shall bear all consequences arising from viruses or other defects in bid materials.
VII. Supplementary Notes
Suppliers who obtain tender documents but withdraw from bidding shall notify the Tender Office by phone and in written form prior to bid opening.
