Shenzhen Bao'an Women's and Children's Hospital is a Grade A tertiary specialized hospital. To implement the hospital's policy of caring for staff and resolve difficulties in summer childcare for employees' children, and to deliver high-quality overall operation of the 2026 Summer Children Care Class, our hospital conducts public market research to collect qualified operation plans and suggestions for formulating scientific and reasonable tender requirements. 1. Research Content

1.1 Service Scope and Requirements

1.1.1. Formulate the overall operation plan for the care class, covering daily schedule arrangement, homework tutoring, interest courses, outdoor expansion activities and full-set catering services design.

1.1.2. Provide all supporting supplies for the care class, including teaching aids, activity materials, children stationery, protective supplies, rest articles and game props.

1.1.3. Arrange full staffing throughout the care period, including head teachers, tutoring teachers, life caretakers and security staff, and conduct daily safety supervision and health inspection for children.

1.1.4. Manage all on-site procedures of the care class, such as student sign-in and pick-up, classroom order maintenance, meal distribution, break-time supervision and emergency response.

1.1.5. Develop distinctive interest courses for the care class, implement teaching and organize post-class achievement exhibitions.

1.2 After-sales Service and Operation Guarantee Requirements

The care service shall cover the entire summer vacation. Dedicated on-site coordinators shall be assigned throughout the project to provide full-process support including pre-opening venue layout, material delivery, pre-job training for teachers, daily care services, emergency handling and post-class finishing.

1.2.1. Complete layout of care classrooms, planning of activity zones and installation of safety protection facilities in accordance with hospital requirements.

1.2.2. Design tiered care plans based on the age groups of employees' children to ensure orderly operation of care services.

1.2.3. Assign a full-time on-site general supervisor to coordinate all matters including teachers, supplies and safety.

1.2.4. Inspect teaching facilities, fire-fighting equipment, water and electricity systems and amusement facilities before daily classes to eliminate potential safety hazards.

1.2.5. Arrange fixed full-time life teachers and homework tutors on duty to guarantee uninterrupted daily care and academic guidance for children.

2. Requirements, Submission Method and Deadline for Documents

2.1. Documents to submit: Company profile and relevant qualification certificates; performance records of similar employee childcare projects for enterprises and public institutions in the past three years (scanned copies of award notices or contracts affixed with official seals); scanned quotation sheet of lump-sum project price (self-designed format) affixed with official seal.
