In accordance with the fund allocation requirements for district family planning contraceptives, our hospital, as the district-level contraceptive management institution, is responsible for procuring and allocating basic contraceptives to be provided free of charge to residents within the district. We plan to conduct market research on natural rubber latex male condoms (see attachment for details).
Interested participants shall complete registration via the designated QR code before 17:00, Monday, June 17, 2026. Meanwhile, submit the following paper documents (all affixed with official seals) together with product samples to Office 221, Block C, Area A, Huameiju, Hefeng Road, Bao'an District to complete valid registration: qualification certificates of the distribution company and manufacturer, Legal Representative Power of Attorney (with a copy of the authorized person’s ID attached), product sales authorization letter, Medical Device Registration Certificate Registration Form, and product instructions. Failure to submit complete paper materials and samples within the specified time shall be deemed an automatic waiver of participation.
