To further enhance the brand influence, professional recognition and doctor professional image of the Dermatology and Medical Aesthetics Department, and establish a standardized, compliant and sustainable IP operation system for departments and doctors, the Hospital hereby launches an open market research for relevant IP building services. Qualified professional institutions are invited to submit service proposals and suggestions to provide a basis for formulating subsequent tender requirements. Eligible and interested organizations are requested to submit required documents in accordance with the following arrangements:
I Research Content
This market research focuses on the full-process IP building services for the Dermatology and Medical Aesthetics Department and its doctors. Relevant information is as follows:
1. Service Location: Dermatology and Medical Aesthetics Department, Shenzhen Bao'an Women's and Children's Hospital
2. Service Content: Department IP building including brand positioning, VI visual design, content planning and production, new media operation, brand event planning and implementation, and compliance communication management; Doctor IP building including personal positioning, image packaging, content creation, account operation, public opinion monitoring and compliance review; Deliverables including proposals, materials, account operation, data reports, review coordination and after-sales support.
3. Quotation Requirement: Quote the total project price, which shall cover all costs, taxes, labor, materials, operation and maintenance and other expenses within the service period.
II Document Submission Requirements
All submitted documents shall be affixed with the official company seal, and copies shall be marked Consistent with the Original.
1. Company profile and copies of relevant qualification certificates including business license and relevant service qualifications;
2. No less than three copies of bid award notices or key contract pages of similar projects in hospital department & doctor IP building, medical brand operation and new media communication within the past two years (calculated from the announcement release date). Key pages shall clearly indicate service content, cooperation term and partner information;
3. Project quotation sheet sealed with official seal, specifying total price, service period, service list and billing standard;
4. Detailed service plan covering service content, implementation schedule, team arrangement, deliverables, compliance guarantee and assessment indicators;
5. Other relevant suggestions and supporting materials conducive to project implementation.
