To meet business development needs, the Department of Postpartum Health Care plans to procure one set of negative pressure vibration apparatus and vibration training system, which is intended for the recovery of abdominal wall function and core stability of puerperae, as well as assisting muscle strength training and body reshaping treatment.
The Hospital intends to conduct open market research and widely solicit qualified proposals and opinions, so as to formulate tender requirements in a scientific and reasonable manner. Interested institutions shall submit relevant materials as required. Details are as follows:
I Research Content
1. Equipment Configuration Plan: Provide the configuration plan for equipment listed in the attachment, including but not limited to product name, manufacturer, model, quotation, technical parameters and compatibility requirements.
2. Relevant Equipment Configuration Plan: Provide the configuration plan of other relevant equipment not included in the list, covering product name, manufacturer, model, quotation, technical parameters and compatibility requirements.
3. Software System: Submit the name, quotation, functional description, technical parameters and compatibility requirements of the software system required for the project.
II Submission Requirements
1. Company profile and qualification certificates (copies affixed with official company seal);
2. No less than three bid award notices or contracts in Shenzhen, Guangdong or nationwide within the past two years;
3. Product parameter sheet (in accordance with the attached template format);
4. User list, including hospital name, equipment quantity, model, configuration, purchase time and price;
5. Preliminary design proposal for this project, covering equipment and software system specified in Item I;
6. Other suggestions and explanations conducive to project implementation.
III Submission Method and Deadline
1. Submission Method: Send electronic documents to the designated email address. The email subject shall be marked as Market Research Materials + Company Name (Project Name).
2. Deadline: May 26, 2026 (subject to email sending time).
IV Other Notes
This market research is only for pre-tender information collection and does not constitute any tender commitment. The Hospital reserves the right to adjust tender requirements according to the research results.
