As fewer than three suppliers have responded to the bidding, failing to meet the bid opening requirements, Shenzhen Bao'an Women's and Children's Hospital decides to postpone the following project. Qualified suppliers are welcome to participate in the bidding.

II Qualification Requirements for Potential Suppliers
1. Be an independent legal entity or other organization capable of independently assuming civil liabilities. Provide scanned copies of business license or public institution legal person certificate; original documents shall be available for inspection.
2. Comply with the provisions of Paragraph 1, Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China (a declaration shall be made in the Government Procurement Bidding and Performance Undertaking Letter).
3. Have no major illegal records in business operations within the past three years prior to bidding (a declaration shall be made in the Government Procurement Bidding and Performance Undertaking Letter).
4. Not subject to any valid administrative penalty prohibiting participation in government procurement activities (a declaration shall be made in the Government Procurement Bidding and Performance Undertaking Letter).
5. Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, major tax violation parties, or serious dishonest entities in government procurement (a declaration shall be made in the Government Procurement Bidding and Performance Undertaking Letter).
6. Suppliers with the same legal representative or under direct holding and management relations shall not bid simultaneously (declare and affix the official seal in the Government Procurement Bidding and Performance Undertaking Letter).
7. Consortium bidding is not accepted; project subcontracting and transfer are prohibited (declare and affix the official seal in the Government Procurement Bidding and Performance Undertaking Letter).
III Registration Time and Venue
From the date of announcement until 17:00, May 25, 2026 (during working hours), submit registration documents to Teacher Wang at Room 206, Block C, Huameiju for preliminary review. After on-site verification, submit electronic documents (PDF + Word) via USB flash drive to the procurement unit.
IV Registration Documents
Prepare all copies strictly in accordance with Shenzhen Bao'an Women's and Children's Hospital - Registration Document.docx. All copies shall bear the company official seal, with the handler’s signature and date. Qualified applicants will be issued procurement documents (please bring your own USB flash drive).

VI Bidding Requirements
Both paper bid documents and electronic scanned copies must be submitted on-site. All bidding documents will be retained by the hospital and will not be returned.
1. Paper bids shall be prepared according to the official template, perfectly bound and printed on both sides, 1 original and 5 copies. Mark Original and Copy clearly. The original shall prevail in case of any discrepancy.
2. The scanned original bid (PDF) shall be submitted by USB flash drive. File name: BAFY-SBK-2612: ABUS Full-volume Breast Ultrasound System Maintenance Service (Bidding Company). Suppliers shall be solely responsible for any losses caused by document viruses and related risks.
VII Other Instructions
Suppliers who obtain bidding documents but waive participation shall notify the Tender Office by phone and in writing before bid opening.
