As fewer than three suppliers have submitted bids, failing to meet the bid opening requirements, Shenzhen Bao'an Women's and Children's Hospital decides to postpone the following project. All qualified suppliers are welcome to participate in the bidding.

II Qualification Requirements for Potential Suppliers
Shall be an independent legal entity or any other organization capable of independently assuming civil liabilities. Provide scanned copies of the business license or public institution legal person certificate, with the original documents available for inspection.
Comply with the provisions of Paragraph 1 of Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law of the People's Republic of China, with a statement specified in the Government Procurement Bidding and Performance Undertaking Letter.
Have no major illegal business records in the past three years prior to participation in the bidding, with a statement specified in the Government Procurement Bidding and Performance Undertaking Letter.
Not under any valid prohibition on participating in government procurement activities imposed by competent authorities, with a statement specified in the Government Procurement Bidding and Performance Undertaking Letter.
Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, major tax violation parties, or serious dishonest entities in government procurement, with a statement specified in the Government Procurement Bidding and Performance Undertaking Letter.
Suppliers with the same legal representative or under direct holding and management relations shall not bid simultaneously. Relevant declaration shall be made and affixed with the official seal in the Government Procurement Bidding and Performance Undertaking Letter.
Consortium bidding is not accepted. Project subcontracting and transfer are prohibited. Relevant declaration shall be made and affixed with the official seal in the Government Procurement Bidding and Performance Undertaking Letter.
For Class II medical devices involved in this project: manufacturers shall hold the Medical Device Production License; distributors shall hold the Class II Medical Business Filing Certificate.
Provide valid Medical Device Registration Certificate issued by the national medical regulatory authority. The certificate shall be attached with the Medical Device Manufacturing Approval Form or Medical Device Registration Form (no attachment required for the new version certificate). For imported products, provide the imported version of the Medical Device Registration Certificate.
III Registration Time and Venue
From the date of this announcement until 17:00 on May 25, 2026 (during working hours), submit registration documents to the Tender Office, Room 206, Block C, Huameiju for preliminary review. After on-site verification, submit electronic documents (PDF + Word versions) to the procurement unit via USB flash drive.
IV Registration Documents
Prepare all document copies in strict accordance with the requirements of Shenzhen Bao'an Women's and Children's Hospital - Registration Document.docx. All copies shall be affixed with the company official seal, signed by the handler and dated. Qualified applicants will be issued procurement documents (please bring your own USB flash drive).

VI Bidding Requirements
Both paper bid documents and electronic scanned versions shall be submitted at the bid opening site. All submitted bidding documents will be retained and not returned.
Paper bid documents shall be prepared in accordance with the hospital’s template, perfectly bound and printed on both sides, with 1 original and 5 copies. Mark "Original" and "Copy" clearly. In case of any discrepancy, the original version shall prevail.
The scanned PDF version of the original bid shall be submitted via USB flash drive. File name format: BAFY-SBK-2611: Dermatology Treatment Handpieces (Bidding Company). Suppliers shall be solely responsible for any losses or consequences caused by virus and other risks of bidding documents.
VII Other Instructions
Suppliers who have obtained bidding documents but decide not to participate shall notify the Tender Office by phone and in writing before the bid opening.
