To facilitate the efficient approval of the supporting medical equipment project for Bao'an Children's Hospital and ensure the scientificity, rationality and practicality of tender requirements, our hospital intends to conduct a special market research publicly, and collect eligible implementation plans and professional suggestions. 1. Project Overview
Bao'an Children's Hospital is located on the south side of the intersection of Xinhu Road and Xin'an Sixth Road, Xin'an Subdistrict, Bao'an District, Shenzhen. It covers a total land area of approximately 16,470 square meters and a total floor area of 107,934 square meters. The building consists of 19 floors above ground and 3 floors underground, with a total building height of 92.45 meters. The hospital is designed with 500 inpatient beds and 800 supporting parking spaces.
The core research contents are as follows: expound the relevant policy basis, construction background, general objectives and key tasks of the supporting medical equipment procurement project; sort out the existing equipment and conduct accurate analysis on equipment demands, and formulate scientific and feasible equipment allocation plans, including reuse plan of existing equipment, detailed equipment list, core technical parameters, justification for equipment application, phased procurement plan and equipment quotation results; define the estimated budget and funding sources for equipment procurement; conduct comprehensive project benefit evaluation and risk analysis. The research institution shall compile the budget estimate for medical equipment procurement in strict accordance with national, provincial and municipal codes and in light of actual project demands, so as to ensure the document can be reviewed and approved by the competent administrative authorities.
2. Research Content
2.1 Service Scope and Requirements
The service shall cover all core research contents specified in the Project Overview. The final budget estimate shall be compiled in compliance with relevant national, provincial and municipal standards and practical project requirements to pass the official review and approval.
2.2 Team Requirements
The personnel responsible for compiling consultation reports shall possess professional expertise and relevant working experience in similar projects. The bidder shall assign an experienced project manager, together with professional engineers and technical consultants. The service team shall have no less than 4 members who shall provide full support until the project passes review. All assigned staff shall fully participate in research, meetings and document compilation throughout the project. In case of personnel replacement, the qualifications of new staff shall not be inferior to those of the replaced ones.
