5.Provide a free warranty period of no less than two (2) years for the entire system, including installation, training, and regular inspection tours.
6.Accept the public tender process, submit bid documents as required, and commit that the supplied products are consistent with the description in the bid documents, with no false claims or quality defects.

2.Product technical manual and third-party test reports (with official seal).
3.After-sales service plan and commitment (with official seal).
4.Quotation (with official seal).
5.Relevant performance data (with official seal).
(II) Submission Method and Deadline
1.Submission Method: Please send electronic versions of the materials to the designated email address (bafyzwkw@163.com). The email subject line must follow the format: "Pediatric Suspension Sensory Integration Training System_Company Name".
2.Deadline: 17:30, April 30, 2026 (subject to the email sending time; submissions sent after the deadline will be deemed invalid).
3.Document Format: All materials must be organized into a single PDF document. The file naming convention is: "Shenzhen Bao'an Women's and Children's Hospital Market Research Materials for the Pediatric Suspension Sensory Integration Training System Equipment Procurement Project". The PDF file size should not exceed 50MB. If materials are large, they may be split into compressed volumes with numbering.
IV. Other Instructions
1.This market research is solely for pre-tender market information collection and does not constitute any tender commitment. The hospital reserves the right to adjust the tender requirements and procurement plan based on the collected information (e.g., product quality, price, supplier qualifications, etc.).
2.All materials submitted by suppliers will be kept strictly confidential and used only for supplier evaluation and the development of tender requirements for this project. The hospital will not disclose them to any third party without the supplier's written permission.
