In response to the hospital's research needs and with the approval of the District Health Authorities, the hospital plans to recruit 15 postdoctoral fellows. Details are as follows:
I. Basic Requirements
Full-time doctoral degree holder; candidates who will obtain their doctoral degree in 2026, or have obtained a doctoral degree within the past 3 years.
Age 35 years or younger.
Major in Medicine, Biology, Biomedical Engineering, or Bioengineering. The specific major and research direction must align with the recruitment requirements of the respective postdoctoral supervisor’s research projects.
Candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to research and proven research capability, with at least one research paper published as first author or corresponding author in a leading international journal in their field.
II. Supervisor Profiles and Research Directions
(1) Zhu Yuanfang, M.D.
Second-level Chief Physician of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Professor, Doctoral Supervisor. Currently serves as Party Committee Secretary of Shenzhen Bao'an Women's and Children's Hospital. He is the Discipline Leader of the National Preconception Care Specialty and Guangdong Provincial Key Clinical Specialty (Obstetrics). He serves as Chair of the Community Service Committee of the China Maternal and Child Health Association, Vice Chair of the Maternal-Fetal Medicine Branch of the China Maternal and Child Health Association, Vice Chair of the Perinatal Medicine Branch of the Guangdong Medical Association, and Chair of the Maternal-Fetal Medicine Branch of the Shenzhen Medical Association. His main research direction is clinical and basic research in maternal-fetal medicine. He has led multiple national, provincial, and municipal natural science foundation projects and published 32 articles as first and corresponding author in high-impact journals including Cell.

(2) Zhang Quanfu, Chief Physician, Doctoral Supervisor
Vice President of Shenzhen Bao'an Women's and Children's Hospital and Director of the Prenatal Diagnosis Center. He has 30 years of clinical experience in maternal-fetal medicine and high-risk pregnancy, with extensive expertise in twin pregnancies, autoimmune diseases in pregnancy, assisted reproductive pregnancy management, and preterm birth prevention. He has led multiple research projects funded by the National Health Commission and Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Commission, with cumulative funding exceeding one million RMB. He has published over 60 papers in authoritative journals such as Journal of Hepatology(IF:33.0), Nature Communications(IF:15.7), Cell Death Discovery, Digit Health, and Chinese Journal of Perinatal Medicine. He serves as a peer reviewer for journals including Frontiers in Endocrinology. He holds multiple academic positions, including Vice Chair of the Twin Pregnancy Committee of the China Maternal and Child Health Association, Vice Chair of the Maternal and Child Clinical Division of the China Eugenics Science Association, and Chair of the Perinatal Medicine Branch of the Shenzhen Medical Association.

Chief Physician at Shenzhen Bao'an Women's and Children's Hospital, Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine (FRSM), UK. He has led over 10 research projects, including NSFC General Projects, Provincial Natural Science/Technology Projects, and projects funded by Guangzhou and Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Commissions, with cumulative funding exceeding two million RMB. He has received the Second Prize of Science and Technology Award from the Chinese Preventive Medicine Association and the Second Prize of Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award. In the past three years, as corresponding author, he has published 5 SCI papers in journals including CELLSand JOURNAL OF OVARIAN RESEARCH, including one with an impact factor >7 and three with impact factors <5 but in JCR Q1. He holds one authorized invention patent. His main research direction is disease biomarker research, with a focus in the past two years on multi-omics studies of female advanced maternal age fertility.

He holds a doctoral degree from Capital Medical University and serves as Master's Supervisor. Director of the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) of Shenzhen Bao'an District Maternal and Child Health Hospital, Chief Physician and Master's Supervisor.She serves as a member of the 1st Youth Committee of the Emergency Medicine Group, Pediatric Society of the Chinese Medical Association; a national committee member of the Pediatric Emergency Medicine Group under the 5th Committee of the Pediatric Physicians Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association; and Vice Chairman of the 1st Committee of the Pediatric Critical Care Physicians Branch of Guangdong Medical Doctor Association.

III. Compensation and Policy Support
Salary and living allowance: RMB 380,000 – 580,000 per year, based on individual academic achievements.
Housing subsidy: RMB 2,800 per month.
Postdoctoral fellows may apply for research grants at all levels as Principal Investigators.
Research start-up funding from the hospital is provided.
Research achievement rewards are available.
Outstanding fellows may be优先 hired by the hospital for clinical or research work after completing their postdoctoral term.
Fellows who remain in Shenzhen for work after completing the postdoctoral term and sign a labor contract of three years or more may apply for a Shenzhen Postdoctoral Outgoing Stay Subsidy of RMB 360,000.
Eligible fellows may receive assistance in applying for additional funding or awards from Shenzhen Municipality and Guangdong Province, subject to the most current policies announced by relevant provincial and municipal authorities.
