With approval from the district health authorities, our hospital is now openly recruiting three (3) Discipline Leaders. Details are as follows:
I. Recruitment Positions
(A) Discipline Leader in Pediatric Surgery (1 position)
Specific requirements:
1.Full-time master's degree or higher.
2.Major in Surgery or Pediatrics.
3.Hold the qualification of Chief Physician.
4.Maximum age not exceeding 50 years.
5.Meet at least one of the following criteria:
(1) Discipline leader (Director or Deputy Director) of a provincial-level or higher clinical key specialty.
(2) Worked continuously for more than five (5) years in a provincial-level or higher clinical key specialty, and hold a full-time doctoral degree or have served as a Deputy Chief Physician for more than two (2) years.
(3) Chairperson or Deputy Chairperson of a secondary branch of a provincial-level or higher medical association or physician association.
(4) Qualified as a master's or doctoral student supervisor.
(B) Discipline Leader in Ophthalmology (1 position)
Specific requirements:
1.Full-time master's degree or higher.
2.Major in Ophthalmology (specializing in Pediatric Ophthalmology).
3.Hold the qualification of Chief Physician.
4.Maximum age not exceeding 50 years.
5.Meet at least one of the following criteria:
(1) Discipline leader (Director or Deputy Director) of a provincial-level or higher clinical key specialty.
(2) Worked continuously for more than five (5) years in a provincial-level or higher clinical key specialty, and hold a full-time doctoral degree or have served as a Deputy Chief Physician for more than two (2) years.
(3) Chairperson or Deputy Chairperson of a secondary branch of a provincial-level or higher medical association or physician association.
(4) Qualified as a master's or doctoral student supervisor.
(C) Discipline Leader in Traditional Chinese Medicine (1 position)
Specific requirements:
1.Full-time master's degree or higher.
2.Major in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
3.Hold the qualification of Chief Physician.
4.Maximum age not exceeding 50 years.
5.Meet at least one of the following criteria:
(1) Provincial-level or higher renowned TCM physician.
(2) Provincial-level or higher outstanding TCM clinical talent.
(3) Discipline leader (Director or Deputy Director) of a provincial-level or higher clinical key specialty.
(4) Worked continuously for more than five (5) years in a provincial-level or higher clinical key specialty, and hold a full-time doctoral degree or have served as a Deputy Chief Physician for more than two (2) years.
(5) Chairperson or Deputy Chairperson of a secondary branch of a provincial-level or higher TCM association, TCM and Western Medicine Integration Association, or Acupuncture Association.
(6) Qualified as a master's or doctoral student supervisor.
II. Application Period

III. Application Method

IV. Qualification Review
Our hospital will review and conduct an initial screening of submitted materials, and will notify qualified candidates meeting the requirements to attend an interview.
V. Interview, Assessment, Medical Examination, and Onboarding
The hospital will comprehensively evaluate the professional competency and job suitability of shortlisted candidates, and will conduct necessary clinical or skill assessments.
For candidates who pass the interview and assessment, the hospital will arrange an onboarding medical examination.
Based on the interview, assessment, and medical examination results, and after review and approval by the hospital's Party Committee, the onboarding procedures for successful candidates will be processed.

VI. Benefits for Discipline Leaders
1.Remuneration will be commensurate with the salary standards for corresponding positions of hospital staff on the establishment.
2.Candidates who meet the conditions for the Shenzhen Healthcare System Distinguished Appointment Program or the Shenzhen Bao'an District Phoenix Talent Program, and who pass the review by the competent health authorities, may receive talent rewards ranging from RMB 360,000 to 1,800,000.
3.Candidates meeting relevant conditions may be provided with talent housing arranged by the hospital free of rent.
4.Candidates meeting relevant conditions may apply for hospital research start-up funding.
5.Research achievements produced after onboarding may be eligible for research achievement rewards in accordance with relevant hospital regulations.
6.Assistance may be provided for eligible candidates to apply for Shenzhen household registration.
