Home Visit Fee

Based on patient needs, the medical institution dispatches medical staff to a location designated by the patient to provide legitimate and compliant medical services. The quoted price covers transportation costs for dispatched medical staff, human resources, and basic material resources consumption.

Per Visit·Per Person

1. The home visit fee may be determined independently by public medical institutions.
2. "Per Person" in the unit "Per Visit·Per Person" refers to each healthcare professional. For example, if one physician and one nurse provide a home visit simultaneously, the fee charged shall be the "Home Visit Fee" × 2.
3. "Home Visit" refers to a medical institution providing medical services to various groups at their homes on the premise of ensuring quality and safety. The fee is charged as "Home Visit Fee + Medical Service Price", i.e., the home visit service itself incurs a "Home Visit Fee". The services, medications, medical consumables, etc. provided are subject to the pharmaceutical and pricing policies applicable to such medical services. Medical service price items shall no longer be established in the form of "Home Visit + Specific Service".
4. For medical services provided by medical institutions during home visits that are already funded through channels such as essential public health services (family doctor agreements) or long-term care insurance, no additional home visit fee may be charged.
