Shenzhen Bao'an Women's and Children's Hospital is a Grade-A Tertiary maternal and child health institution located in the central area of Bao’an District, with a convenient location and comfortable medical environment. The Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics was founded in 1998, making it one of the earliest institutions in Shenzhen providing early childhood developmental evaluation, diagnosis and treatment. It is also a designated rehabilitation service hospital for people with disabilities in Shenzhen (intellectual, mental, physical and hearing disabilities).
At present, the department consists of three areas: Outpatient Department, Inpatient Department and Daycare Rehabilitation Area, with a total business area of more than 3,000 square meters. The department has 70 medical staff, including 7 with senior professional titles and 3 with doctoral degrees.
It mainly provides services in three subspecialties: high-risk infant management, pediatric rehabilitation, and child mental health.
